Q: When does the trash can get set out and put away?

A: We will come the day before trash day and set the can to the curb then come back in under 24 hours to put it away

Q: When is the monthly payment due?

A: Payments are due on the 1st of each month and late on the 10th. Auto pay is an option

Q: Is there a late fee if the payment isn't received by the 10th?
A:  Yes a $5 Late Fee is added automatically on the 10th.

Q: If my pet is in the area where I keep my trash can will it still be set out/ put away?

A: As long as the animal is not being aggressive we will still get the can out or into the area. We also knock and call or text you in situations like this. 

Q: Does Trash is Out offer any other services?

A: Yes. We haul off junk, appliances and refrigerated equipment.
